As an AI Product Manager, I treated this redesign as a zero-based rethinking — not a facelift. The old site tried to do everything; the new one does the right thing at the right time. We embedded contextual intelligence (without the creepiness) and stripped away 40% of navigation options. The site no longer shouts — it listens and adapts.
